What this role involves

About Sezzle:

With a mission to financially empower the next generation, Sezzle is revolutionizing the shopping experience beyond payments, blending cutting-edge tech with seamless, interest-free installment plans that make shopping smarter and more accessible. We’re not just transforming payments; we’re redefining how people discover, interact with, and purchase the things they love while driving real impact on merchant sales through increased conversions and higher order values. As we continue to shape the future of fintech and retail, we’re building an innovative, dynamic team passionate about creating more than just a transaction but a truly unique shopping journey. If you’re excited about pushing boundaries in tech and delivering a game-changing experience for consumers and merchants alike, come join us at Sezzle and help create the future of shopping!

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Associate to join a small, hands-on Product Marketing team that owns growth strategy and go-to-market execution across Sezzle’s shopper-facing product ecosystem, spanning financial products to engagement and rewards. The team is lean by design: every product marketer owns a real portfolio from day one, works directly with the data, and partners daily with Product, Data, Design, and Marketing Communications to turn research into shipped, measurable growth.

Overall category strategy is set in partnership with the Head of Product Marketing; you’ll own how that strategy comes to life for each individual product in your portfolio, from discovery through launch, optimization, and iteration. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values structured thinking, and is excited to take ownership of meaningful product initiatives. While this role is aligned to a defined group of products, prioritization is driven by company-level goals and key performance metrics, not equal attention across every surface. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to continuously assess where Product Marketing efforts will have the greatest impact and dynamically allocate time and resources accordingly — meaning some products or initiatives may require deeper focus at different points in time.

The salary range for this role is $2.000 - $2.900 per month (Gross in USD)

What You’ll Do

Insight Generation & Research

  • Partner in conducting user research (surveys, user testing, etc,) and own the analysis, turning results into clear, actionable insight
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to surface patterns, friction points, and opportunities across your product portfolio within Earn and rewards
  • Bring a genuine Gen Z consumer perspective to how we frame problems, develop messaging, and evaluate product experiences
  • Use AI tools to accelerate insight generation and sharpen the inputs that shape growth strategy and marketing plans

Strategy & Execution

  • Own product marketing for your assigned products, both new and existing, supporting the full lifecycle: Discover & Validate, Shape & Plan, Launch & Learn, Optimize & Scale
  • Translate overall Earn and rewards category strategy into product-specific positioning and messaging, grounded in behavioral data and user research
  • Develop and execute GTM plans across in-app surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and marketing channels
  • Monitor adoption and engagement post-launch, flagging risks and identifying iteration opportunities
  • Treat everything as a test. Whether you’re launching something new or optimizing something existing, you should always be designing for learning, monitoring results, and iterating based on what the data tells you

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Marketing Communications on every product you touch. These are your primary partners for testing, launching, and improving
  • Navigate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Data, Design, and Marketing to move work forward
  • Adapt priorities quickly as business needs shift
  • Contribute to team documentation so insights and learnings can be shared across teams

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results
  • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can turn complexity into a sharp insight or recommendation
  • Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter. Bonus if you’re already using them regularly

Nice to Have

  • Consumer-facing or mobile product experience
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies, NPS analysis, or customer interview programs
  • Experience with lifecycle messaging, in-product copy, or Braze (or similar)
  • Background in fintech, subscriptions, or marketplace businesses

About You:

  • You have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high. You are continually raising the bar and driving those around you to deliver great results. You make sure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed.
  • You’re not bound by convention - your success—and much of the fun—lies in developing new ways to do things
  • You need action - speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk-taking.
  • You earn trust - you listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully.
  • You have backbone; disagree, then commit- you can respectfully challenge decisions when you disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. You have conviction and are tenacious. You do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion. Once a decision is determined, you commit wholly.
  • You deliver results- you focus on the key inputs and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. Despite setbacks, you rise to the occasion and never settle.

What Makes Working at Sezzle Awesome:

We believe in surrounding ourselves with only the best and the brightest individuals. Our culture is not defined by a certain set of perks designed to give the illusion of the traditional startup culture, but rather, it is the visible example living in every employee that we hire.

Title: CPT-11492 Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – CPT-11492 Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant/Marketing VA/Junior-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A growing personal development organization is seeking a full-time Social Media & Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day execution of marketing across several related brands and initiatives.

The client already works with marketing partners who help establish strategy. The VA’s role is to turn that strategy into consistent execution — keeping social channels active, maintaining content calendars, repurposing content, coordinating campaigns, supporting podcast promotion, monitoring performance, and making sure marketing opportunities and deliverables do not fall through the cracks.

The VA will support marketing initiatives related to books, group programs, nonprofit initiatives, audience growth, podcasts, and future product launches. This is an execution-focused position rather than a high-level marketing strategy role.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Social Media & Content Execution

  • Manage and maintain content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Schedule and publish content consistently
  • Execute content plans developed by the client and marketing partners
  • Adapt content appropriately between platforms and brands
  • Repurpose videos, podcasts, written content, and existing materials into posts, reels, clips, and graphics
  • Create simple branded content using Canva and AI tools
  • Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and basic performance
  • Keep profiles, links, and key information current

Content Planning & Coordination

  • Maintain organized content calendars across multiple brands
  • Help identify what content the client needs to create each week
  • Provide topics, prompts, hooks, and talking points based on existing marketing direction
  • Follow up with the client for required content and approvals
  • Identify gaps in upcoming content
  • Keep content organized from initial idea through publication
  • Maintain awareness of the different audiences and voices across each brand

Campaign Support

  • Execute approved campaigns supporting book sales, group enrollment, audience growth, nonprofit initiatives, and future product launches
  • Turn campaign strategy into actionable posting and promotion schedules
  • Coordinate required content and campaign assets
  • Keep campaign deliverables and timelines organized
  • Monitor basic results and identify items requiring attention
  • Assist with audience targeting, segmentation, and paid social activities as directed

Podcast Promotion

  • Publish podcast clips and promotional assets
  • Coordinate with the client’s podcast production partner
  • Send promotional assets to podcast guests and encourage cross-promotion
  • Promote appearances when the client is featured on other podcasts
  • Coordinate basic promotional activity with podcast hosts and their teams

SECONDARY / SUPPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES

As the core social media and content workflow becomes established, the VA may also assist with:

  • Identifying relevant podcasts where the clients could appear as guests
  • Monitoring relevant social media and content trends
  • Conducting basic SEO and search-topic research
  • Monitoring audience interests and industry conversations
  • Keeping up with meaningful platform changes
  • Identifying content formats that are performing well
  • Assisting with basic paid social advertising and audience targeting
  • Supporting marketing and sales activity surrounding future product launches
  • Identifying practical opportunities to repurpose or extend existing content

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Content creation and repurposing experience required
  • Canva experience required
  • Social media scheduling and content calendar experience preferred
  • Short-form video/reels experience preferred
  • Basic marketing analytics knowledge preferred
  • Paid social, podcast promotion, or SEO familiarity is a plus

  • Able to manage multiple brands, audiences, and priorities
  • Excellent written English
  • Comfortable repurposing existing content across formats

Day in and day out, we propel some of the biggest brands in the world to the intersection of attention and culture. In EMEA, we are proudly 250+, servicing multi-brands across the region.

The PITCH.

We are creators, influencers, creative industry rogues, and SuperBowl stars. We are not just on the internet; we are creating the stuff the internet wants to see. We’re insane for what we do and the people we do it with. We move so fast and make so much good shtuff that we can’t even keep up with ourselves. So, we need more folks just like us, the unconventional, less-obvious, unseasoned (or over seasoned) social pros. But above all - passionate makers and culture shakers.

VaynerMedia is searching for a motivated, and highly organised person to join the strategy team as a Post Creative Strategist.

Strategy at VaynerMedia provides a crucial perspective on the business dynamics. We are a human centric, culture obsessed discipline where we dive deep into audience insights, media trends, cultural shifts, and tech innovations that inform our strategic recommendations. Our team is collectively redefining and modernizing the way our clients harness consumer and cultural intelligence, develop brand strategy and plan for attention.

The Post Creative Strategist role is our entry level strategy position and is focused on identifying insights and developing creative strategies and briefs for a social-first approach to marketing.

Here’s where you come in…

  • Ongoing monitoring of brand social channels & relevant online conversations looking for highest impact opportunities to engage (including proactive identification of conversations & communities strategically and creatively relevant for the brand)
  • Continuous active listening on brands currently tracking every follower interaction: comments, responses, DM’s
  • Researching and analyzing brand and cultural trends and their relevance to our clients and creative campaigns
  • Willing to go beyond basic tracking to analyzing and drawing hypothesis, including providing a daily digest of observations + recommendations, to produce creative briefs
  • Use third party tools to manage brand’s pages
  • Read every comment across all social posts, and respond to consumers across these channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice across these conversations, and using the opportunity to engage followers, probe further insights, or advance brand goal
  • Follow proper escalation systems, as needed, for followers with negative feedback.
  • Seek opportunities to insert the brand in social conversation, whether around relevant trending topics/news or engaging with social influencers/celebrities/other brands

We treasure Personality and Experience yet we do know that these qualifications lead to what WE KNOW as a success:

  • College degree with a keen interest in brands, marketing and social media.
  • Bonus points if you consider yourself to be an expert in popular culture
  • Consider oneself a Social Media “know it all” and have experience working across a variety of social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
  • Can combine creativity and analytics with the ability to convert into a story
  • Innate curiosity and ability to adapt + be flexible, whether with new tools, platforms, processes, etc.
  • Any experience using the following social listening tools is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Any experience putting together presentations in written form using google slides
  • Strong writing and verbal skills in English and German.

What you SHOULD KNOW about VaynerMedia

Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!

We believe 100% that brands can be built on digital platforms and part of our model is built bottom up, flipping the traditional advertising model and process on its head. We don’t play to agency/industry norms and our culture and energy reflects that.

Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.

VaynerMedia is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This means that VaynerMedia provides equal employment opportunities to all staff members and job applicants without regard to gender, pregnancy, marital or civil partnership status, gender reassignment, race, disability, sexual orientation, religious belief, part time or fixed term employment, age or any other legally protected class.

Candidates must be authorized to work in Germany.
