What this role involves

About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

About the Team

The Marketing team at Snorkel AI powers the engine behind our brand, community, and go-to-market success. We are high-ownership operators who lead independently, align cross-functionally, and deliver results. We partner with Research, Product, Sales, and executive leadership to turn complex AI work into stories the market pays attention to.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, results-measured role. You’ll find the angles inside our research, benchmarks, customer work, and executives’ points of view and turn it into something that lands. You report to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own communications. Set and run the comms plan: press, podcasts, awards, and be a facilitator on organic speaking. Own the calendar, the priorities, and the results.
  • Find the story. Mine research, benchmark results (e.g., Open Benchmarks Grants, leaderboards), customer wins, and market moments for angles that balance what Snorkel needs to say with what a reporter, host, or judge finds interesting.
  • Pitch and place. Secure mainstream and tier-1 trade coverage, podcast appearances, and speaking slots in-house (no agency).
  • Write and find the right stories. Collaborate with Research, Product Marketing, and Content to turn insights into a coordinated package: release, byline, data cut, social, podcast talk track.
  • Awards and speaking. Manage awards pipeline/submissions and organic speaking proposal calendar.

About You

You’re a strategic writer who happens to be great at PR, or a PR pro who happens to write at a journalist level. You read AI coverage and know all the most influential business podcasts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in communications, PR, journalism, or content roles, in-house or agency
  • A portfolio of placed and published work
  • Exceptional writer: you can produce a publication-ready byline in an executive’s voice and a three-sentence pitch that works
  • Working fluency in AI and B2B technical topics and the ability to learn fast from researchers and engineers
  • Judgment for balancing company goals with what’s newsworthy
  • Existing or fast-forming relationships with tech and business media, influential podcasts, and technical influencers
  • Comfort being measured on results, with a habit of tracking and reporting them

Bonus

  • Experience with frontier lab, developer tools, data/ML infrastructure, or enterprise AI companies
  • Former reporter or editor
  • Experience running awards programs and conference CFP submissions
  • Experience using AI tools to augment research, drafting, and media monitoring

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Salary range(s) for this role

$190,000—$240,000 USD

With in-depth profiles on every school and college in America, 140 million reviews and ratings, and powerful search tools, we help millions of people find the right school for them. We also help thousands of schools recruit more best-fit students, by highlighting what makes them great and making it easier to visit and apply.

Niche is all about finding where you belong, and that mission inspires how we operate every day. We want Niche to be a place where people truly enjoy working and can thrive professionally.

About The Role

From where to live to where to learn, Niche helps millions of students and families make some of life’s biggest decisions, while modernizing how schools build their future classes. Communications is one of the most important ways we build credibility and trust, shape the narrative around our data and brand, and reach the B2B and B2C audiences who need us most.

As our Communications Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day PR and media relations for Niche: pitching our economist’s research, translating rankings and platform data into stories reporters want to tell, and securing speaking and awards opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Communications and Content, you’ll execute against a broader comms strategy and work cross-functionally with Data, Social Media, Marketing, and Content teams to support campaigns

What You Will Do

Media Relations:

  • Drive Niche’s earned media execution across trade, consumer, and business press, as well as the newsletters, Substacks, podcasts, and other platforms where our B2B and B2C audiences pay attention
  • Manage inbound media requests with speed and sound judgment, protecting Niche’s reputation, seeing around corners, and keeping messaging on brand
  • Own the go-to-market strategy and execution of our three annual rankings releases, with clear direction and strong collaboration

Content & Materials:

  • Write and edit a range of external materials (press releases, media pitches, talking points, FAQs, etc.) with sharp attention to detail
  • Help prepare executives for interviews and speaking opportunities: talk tracks, Q&A prep, briefing docs, etc.
  • Partner with the Content and Social Media teams to integrate communications wins into broader campaigns and to amplify across channels

Data Storytelling:

  • Translate data and research, from our economist work to Niche’s proprietary data, into compelling, defensible story angles for earned and owned media
  • Proactively track and report performance via media monitoring and AI tools, using insights to inform decision-making and recommendations

AI Use & LLM Visibility:

  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, inspire concepts, interpret data, create assets, and more — paired with strong judgment, fact-checking, and brand standards
  • Test and build Projects, Skills, and automations to streamline workflows, scale productivity, and improve communication

Awards & Speaking

  • Build and manage a pipeline of awards submissions and speaking opportunities that grow Niche’s credibility and executive visibility
  • Identify the conferences worth pursuing and own the submission process throughout

What We Are Looking For

  • 4–6 years of PR/communications experience, ideally in-house at a fast-moving tech company
  • A proven media relations operator: you know how to build and maintain relationships
  • Track record of data storytelling and translating research into earned media and thought leadership
  • Sharp writer and editor across formats
  • Familiar with how earned, owned, and shared media work together, and how to extend a good story across channels
  • Experienced and comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate things like research, messaging, and reporting
  • Awareness of how PR and earned media influences LLM-powered search and brand discoverability
  • Extremely organized, accountable, and able to manage up to keep projects moving
  • Experience across B2B and B2C preferred; bonus if for a marketplace/platform

Compensation

Our national target base salary range is $82,400 - $103,000, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.

At Niche, our Total Rewards Philosophy is centered around creating a workplace environment that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent by providing a comprehensive and competitive rewards package.  This philosophy is built on the principles of performance-based compensation, best-in-class benefits and work-life balance, and employee well-being.

Interview Process

Candidate experience is a top priority for our talent and hiring teams.  We believe in providing a transparent, authentic and comprehensive interview process where you have the opportunity to learn about us while we get to know you and your experience.  The interview process is outlined here:

  • Team Interview - 60 Minutes

  • Hiring Manager follow-up Interview - 30 Minutes

  • Full time, salaried position with competitive compensation in a fast-growing company
  • Best-in-class 100% paid employee health plan, including vision and dental and supplemental coverage

  • Stipend that allows you to build your work from home office in a style and function that suits your personal preferences
  • Parental leave for all employees (12 weeks fully paid) in addition to short term disability for birthing parents

What this role involves

Position Type: Part-Time

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Approximately 10–20 hours per week

Potential Growth: Opportunity to transition into a full-time marketing role based on performance

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Personal Brand Strategist / Manager to develop and execute a strategy that grows the CEO/Founder’s personal brand.

This role combines personal brand strategy, content execution, creative direction, and audience growth. You’ll take the CEO’s existing and ongoing content, media opportunities, and podcast platform and turn them into engaging content that builds visibility, authority, and business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has proven experience actually growing a personal brand. This is not a role for someone who simply relies on AI to generate posts. You should be able to think strategically, execute independently, understand the CEO’s voice, and connect personal brand growth to the company’s marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute a personal brand strategy across multiple platforms and content channels.
  • Identify opportunities to increase the CEO/Founder’s visibility, credibility, and authority.
  • Create a clear content direction aligned with the CEO’s expertise, personality, and business goals.
  • Monitor brand growth and identify ways to improve reach, engagement, and audience development.
  • Proactively recommend new content formats, platforms, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
  • Take ownership of moving the personal brand forward without requiring constant direction.

Content Repurposing & Execution

  • Review the CEO’s existing and ongoing content and identify opportunities for repurposing.

  • Turn long-form content, podcast episodes, interviews, and other media into:

    • Social media posts
    • Short-form videos
    • Reels
    • Clips
    • Hooks
    • Captions
    • Other engaging content formats
  • Develop content ideas that are relevant, useful, engaging, and aligned with the CEO’s personal brand.

  • Write or coordinate content in the CEO’s authentic voice.

  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, quality, and brand positioning.

  • Ensure content is published or delivered according to the agreed content schedule.

Short-Form Video & Creative Direction

  • Work closely with video editors to develop short-form content.
  • Identify strong moments, stories, quotes, and clips from long-form content.
  • Direct editors on which clips to use and where cuts should be made.
  • Provide guidance on hooks, pacing, structure, captions, and overall creative direction.
  • Review edited content and provide clear feedback to ensure it meets brand and quality standards.
  • Recommend improvements to increase viewer engagement and retention.

CEO Voice & Content Messaging

  • Develop posts, hooks, captions, scripts, and content concepts in the CEO’s voice.
  • Understand the CEO’s communication style, opinions, expertise, and positioning.
  • Ensure content feels authentic rather than generic or AI-generated.
  • Edit and refine content to maintain clarity, personality, and credibility.
  • Coordinate with the CEO or relevant team members when additional input or approval is required.

Business Growth & Marketing Alignment

  • Ensure the personal brand supports the broader goals of the company.
  • Create content and messaging that contribute to marketing, lead generation, visibility, and sales opportunities.
  • Identify ways to turn audience attention into meaningful business outcomes.
  • Recommend content themes and campaigns that support company services, positioning, and growth.
  • Work with internal teams to align personal brand activity with broader marketing initiatives.

PR & Media Coordination

  • Coordinate with the existing PR firm responsible for securing media appearances and opportunities.
  • Help maximize the value of appearances in major publications, podcasts, and other media outlets.
  • Identify ways to repurpose PR wins, interviews, and media appearances into additional content.
  • Maintain alignment between PR activity, content strategy, and personal brand positioning.
  • Support follow-up content before and after media appearances.

Podcast & Platform Growth

  • Leverage the CEO’s existing platform, including the Top 50 Apple Podcast, to build visibility and authority.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose podcast episodes into social content and other marketing assets.
  • Recommend ways to increase the reach and impact of the podcast.
  • Connect podcast content with the CEO’s broader personal brand strategy.
  • Use existing media assets to strengthen credibility, audience engagement, and business growth.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience developing and growing a personal brand.
  • Experience managing a founder, CEO, executive, expert, or public-facing professional’s personal brand.
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing content across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media content strategy and audience growth.
  • Experience repurposing long-form content into posts, reels, clips, hooks, and captions.
  • Experience directing or collaborating with video editors on short-form content.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to write in another person’s voice.
  • Strong creative judgment and understanding of what makes content engaging.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing the day-to-day work.
  • Strong understanding of how personal branding can support marketing, lead generation, and sales.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and identify opportunities proactively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience growing a personal brand from an early stage or significantly increasing its visibility.
  • Experience working with CEOs, founders, lawyers, business experts, podcasters, or thought leaders.
  • Experience with podcast content, video podcasts, interviews, or media appearances.
  • Experience coordinating with PR agencies, content teams, or marketing departments.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and short-form video trends.
  • Experience using analytics to evaluate content performance and improve strategy.
  • Experience in the legal, business, professional services, or podcasting industry.

AI & Content Quality Expectations

  • AI tools may be used to support research, brainstorming, and workflow efficiency.
  • The candidate must bring their own strategic thinking, creativity, writing ability, and editorial judgment.
  • Content should not feel generic, repetitive, or entirely AI-generated.
  • All AI-assisted content must be reviewed, refined, and adapted to the CEO’s voice and brand standards.
  • The candidate should be able to recognize when AI output is inaccurate, weak, or unsuitable and rewrite it accordingly.

Perfect Fit / Culture

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

  • Have a proven track record of growing a personal brand.
  • Are both strategic and highly hands-on.
  • Can turn large amounts of content into consistent, high-quality content assets.
  • Understand how to create content that builds authority and supports business growth.
  • Have strong creative instincts and can give clear direction to video editors.
  • Can write naturally in the voice of a CEO or founder.
  • Are proactive and constantly look for ways to improve the brand.
  • Take ownership of deadlines, deliverables, and content quality.
  • Are comfortable working independently in a part-time remote role.
  • Understand that personal brand growth requires consistency, experimentation, and long-term thinking.

Typical Responsibilities

During a typical week, you may review podcast episodes, interviews, and other existing content to identify strong clips and content ideas. You may write social posts, hooks, captions, and short-form video concepts in the CEO’s voice, then coordinate with video editors to guide the editing process.

You’ll also review content performance, recommend improvements, coordinate with the PR firm, and identify ways to leverage media appearances and the CEO’s podcast platform. Your work will balance long-term personal brand strategy with the practical execution needed to consistently grow visibility, authority, and business opportunities.

Be Your Best at Snorkel

Joining Snorkel AI means becoming part of a company that has market proven solutions, robust funding, and is scaling rapidly—offering a unique combination of stability and the excitement of high growth. As a member of our team, you’ll have meaningful opportunities to shape priorities and initiatives, influence key strategic decisions, and directly impact our ongoing success. Whether you’re looking to deepen your technical expertise, explore leadership opportunities, or learn new skills across multiple functions, you’re fully supported in building your career in an environment designed for growth, learning, and shared success.

What You Will Do

Media Relations:

We’re searching for passionate individuals eager to contribute to Alpaca’s rapid growth. If you align with our core values—Stay Curious, Have Empathy, and Be Accountable—and are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager, Crypto to own content strategy and go-to-market storytelling for Alpaca’s crypto and tokenization products. This role is ideal for a crypto-native content marketer who can translate complex concepts—tokenization infrastructure, on-chain asset mechanics, and institutional crypto workflows—into clear, compelling narratives for exchanges, issuers, market makers, and other institutional partners.

You’ll sit at the intersection of content marketing, product storytelling, and crypto go-to-market, partnering closely with our crypto product team to support launches, partner announcements, and thought leadership. The pace of change in tokenization demands dedicated expertise: this is not a generalist role. You’ll help shape how the market understands Alpaca’s Instant Tokenization Network (ITN) and broader crypto infrastructure, turning product complexity into content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Own content strategy for Alpaca’s crypto and tokenization products across both B2B and B2C channels
  • Write and edit educational and product-driven content such as launch posts, explainers, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership on tokenization and digital assets
  • Develop audience-specific messaging for distinct crypto buyer personas—issuers, market makers, exchanges, and institutional partners—and maintain a shared content playbook for approved language and positioning
  • Partner with the crypto product team to turn technical updates into clear, externally ready content, including briefs for upcoming GTMs
  • Translate internal product language into accurate, externally appropriate messaging, framing Alpaca’s role in tokenization workflows
  • Collaborate with product, compliance, design, and marketing stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and ready to ship
  • Identify content opportunities based on product priorities, partner launches, and growth goals
  • Help improve discoverability and adoption through SEO, content refreshes, and audience-focused distribution

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or a related role, with meaningful time spent in crypto, Web3, or digital assets
  • Deep familiarity with crypto market structure, tokenization, and institutional crypto workflows
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical or complex topics for sophisticated audiences
  • Experience creating go-to-market content for product launches, partner announcements, or B2B fintech/crypto products
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and marketing stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong judgment around audience, tone, and message clarity—especially when navigating regulated financial content
  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and moving quickly across multiple concurrent launches

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a crypto-native company or with tokenization / RWA infrastructure
  • Background creating content for market makers, crypto exchanges, or institutional crypto audiences
  • Experience building content playbooks or messaging frameworks for technical products
  • Familiarity with compliance constraints in regulated financial and crypto marketing content
  • Knowledge of on-chain asset mechanics, DeFi primitives, and cross-network asset movement
  • Based in North America

Why This Role

Tokenization is moving from narrative to infrastructure, and Alpaca is at the center of that shift. This is a chance to shape how institutional crypto audiences—exchanges, issuers, and market makers—understand what Alpaca’s crypto and tokenization products can do, and how to get value from them quickly. You’ll play a key role in supporting a growing pipeline of partner launches and product GTMs at a pivotal moment for the business.

What You Bring

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner closely with product leaders to translate technical concepts into externally ready stories
  • A passion for understanding our crypto users: what they’re building, what workflows they care about, and how tokenization changes capital efficiency and market structure
  • Experience turning fast-moving product roadmaps into a coherent content and GTM narrative

How We Take Care of You:

  • Competitive Salary & Stock Options
  • Health Benefits
  • New Hire Home-Office Setup: One-time USD $500
  • Monthly Stipend: USD $150 per month via a Brex Card

Alpaca is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or another complex B2B industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong writing skills — comfortable independently drafting blog posts, email copy, and landing page copy, since this role owns content without a dedicated content team behind it.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience pulling and interpreting campaign data to make decisions.

What this role involves

Solutions Product Marketing Manager

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company and a proud Great Place to WorkÂŽ Certified employer in India.

As a Solutions Product Marketing Manager on the Product Marketing team in our Gurgaon Office, you’ll play a vital role turning complex ad-tech products into clear, compelling stories that help sales teams win. Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, you will own the collateral and messaging—pitch decks, one-pagers, and packaging materials—that speak directly to publishers, advertisers, and agencies and get deals across the line.

If you get excited about product positioning, love a well-crafted narrative, take pride in making a product feel irresistible on paper, and are AI-fluent and design-literate, this is the role for you.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Product / Solutions Marketing Experience: 2+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a closely related role (focusing on actual outcomes achieved).
  • Sales Collateral Expertise: Demonstrated experience producing high-impact sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, or product packaging.
  • Exceptional Communication: Exceptional written English—clear, concise, and persuasive, with the ability to translate complex product detail into customer-facing narratives.
  • Design Literacy: A strong eye for design; able to produce clean, professional visual assets independently using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
  • AI Fluency: Confident, practical fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalents) as part of daily workflow.
  • Customer-Centric Storytelling: A natural storyteller who frames products around customer problems rather than feature lists.
  • Sales Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with sales teams, understanding their needs, and closing collateral gaps quickly.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in a B2B or SaaS ad-tech environment.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies.
  • Exposure to product launches and go-to-market (GTM) planning.
  • A portfolio showing writing and design samples (informal or formal).
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or basic analytics platforms.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Own Collateral & Packaging: Build and maintain high-converting pitch decks, one-pagers, and packaging materials for publishers, advertisers, and agencies.
  • Bridge Product, Marketing & Sales: Partner closely with sales teams to understand what messaging lands in the market and move fast to fill collateral gaps.
  • Drive Strategic Positioning: Translate complex ad-tech functionality into clear, compelling buyer narratives that win deals.
  • Leverage AI & Modern Design Tools: Integrate AI workflows and visual tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express) to create clean, professional visual assets independently.

Why Taboola?

What this role involves

The Position

CallRail is seeking a curious, strategic, and results-focused Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI-powered products within our SaaS lead tracking, engagement, and insights platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who is comfortable navigating shifting priorities, moves quickly from strategy to execution, and is excited to help businesses adopt and get value from AI.

You will be a key member of the CallRail marketing team and have the opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects, partnering cross-functionally across sales, product management, and marketing. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of your ideal customer, strong instincts for storytelling and differentiation, and a bias toward action and measurement. You will own performance for the areas you support, but your impact goes beyond the numbers. You will use customer insights, market trends, and data to identify opportunities and improve results. You will be expected to bring forward ideas, insights, and recommendations that push the organization toward better decisions for our customers and our business. The right candidate will be able to cut through complexity, distill what matters most, and turn a high velocity of new capabilities into simple, intuitive stories that help customers and sales understand the value and ultimately drive acquisition and adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Own positioning and messaging for the CallRail products you support, grounded in a strong understanding of our buyers, market, and competitive landscape.
  • Track performance across your portfolio, using acquisition, adoption, conversion, and churn data to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies that drive acquisition, product usage, and revenue growth.
  • Stay current on AI adoption, buyer trends, and the competitive landscape, surfacing insights that inform product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Partner with Product to turn complex capabilities into simple, compelling narratives that connect individual features to broader customer value.
  • Analyze customer, product, and sales data to uncover patterns, define segments, size opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and synthesizing research, feedback, and product usage to uncover needs and shape product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Partner across Marketing and Sales to develop and test messaging, promotions, segmentation, verticalization, and go-to-market strategies, then apply what works.
  • Enable Sales and Support with the messaging, training, and tools they need to clearly communicate customer value.
  • Lead go-to-market launches for new products and capabilities, coordinating cross-functional teams from planning through execution.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence to identify market gaps, competitive threats, and opportunities to differentiate CallRail.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in strategic marketing or product marketing, ideally within MarTech, AI, or B2B SaaS. Experience with marketing attribution and SMB audiences is a plus.
  • Strong experience in market research, positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Track record of leading product and feature launches that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to cut through complexity, identify what matters most, and turn insights into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to independently own initiatives from strategy through execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Able to move quickly through ambiguity without sacrificing judgment or attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a talent for making complex products and ideas simple and compelling.
  • Extremely comfortable manipulating and analyzing large datasets, with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn large datasets into clear insights and strategic recommendations. Looker experience is a plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to build alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and focus on the work that will have the greatest impact.

If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

Additional Perks

  • Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
  • Competitive HSA with company matching
  • Paid parental leave
