What this role involves

About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

Director, GTM Systems & AI Transformation

Reports to: VP, Revenue Operations Team: Senior GTM Transformation Specialist, Senior GTM Engineer Location: San Francisco

About the Role

Snorkel AI’s Revenue Operations team designs, builds, and runs the systems, data, and processes that power our Go-to-Market motion. The Director, GTM Systems & AI Transformation leads that effort end-to-end — from systems architecture to workflow automation to AI-enabled process innovation — and manages a small, high-leverage systems team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can own the technical roadmap and transform the GTM motion. You’ll partner directly with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to make sure our systems reflect how the business actually needs to run, and you’ll be a trusted business partner to every team you touch.

What You’ll Own

Systems Strategy & Architecture

  • Partner with GTM leaders to define and evolve the systems architecture strategy across Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, Marketing, and more
  • Set the roadmap for Salesforce and the broader GTM stack (Gong, Clay, Ironclad, Float, CPQ, billing/revenue automation, and future tooling)
  • Own Salesforce architecture, data integrity, and data hygiene as the foundation of the role — new automation and AI initiatives get built on top of a clean, well-governed baseline
  • Own vendor relationships and renewals across the GTM stack

Team Leadership

  • Manage and grow the team, setting priorities and reviewing technical design
  • Turn ambiguous business requests from Sales, Delivery, and Finance into scoped, shippable system changes
  • Establish an intake, prioritization, and release process so the team moves from reactive to proactive and keeps stakeholders informed

Data Governance & Process

  • Define and enforce data hygiene standards and field/object governance across the CRM
  • Own the orchestration and reliability of revenue data across the GTM ecosystem
  • Partner with systems and data operations teams to ensure data quality, governance, and visibility across core GTM platforms
  • Help architecture lead-to-cash processes — handoffs, approvals, escalation paths across Sales, Delivery, and Finance
  • Partner with Enablement to roll out new features and ensure technology adoption

Automation & AI

  • Lead AI transformation across GTM by identifying workflow automation and AI-enabled opportunities across the GTM funnel
  • Implement high-impact AI use cases across the GTM lifecycle, including pipeline management, prospecting intelligence, forecasting signals, and customer insights.
  • Define and evolve standardized end-to-end GTM processes that streamline execution through automation, integrations between systems, and the use of AI.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in Revenue/Sales/GTM Operations, Business Systems, or CRM architecture, including 3+ years leading and developing high-performing technical teams
  • Deep, architecture-level Salesforce expertise (object model design, automation, integrations); certifications a plus
  • Experience owning a GTM tool stack beyond Salesforce (forecasting tools, CLM, data enrichment, billing systems)
  • Hands-on experience developing with AI tools, scaling AI-based solutions, and managing modern technology stacks, combined with the operational pragmatism to know when and how to deploy them effectively
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills in fast-moving environments
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with executives, sales managers, sales reps, cross-departmental leaders, and IT
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment — startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design durable, scalable solutions instead of one-off fixes
  • Deep comprehension of the business motions across Marketing, Sales, and Delivery, and the judgment to know where technology and AI can move the needle for each

This role is hybrid schedule for 3 days a week in our Downtown SF office.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Salary range(s) for this role

$225,000—$290,000 USD

Operations IT Ops Engineer at Vercel

Provides day-to-day IT support for office staff, manages endpoint systems and access controls, and uses AI tools to automate tasks and resolve technical issues.

Mid Onsite Posted 7 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Vercel:

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company. We free people and agents to ship what’s next.

For more than a decade, Vercel has shaped how the web is built. As the team behind Next.js, v0, and AI SDK, we create products that help builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.

Now, software is entering a new era, and the next generation of products will not just be used by people. They will be built, extended, and operated by agents.

We are building the platform for that future, trusted by companies like OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. Whether you’re building our products, supporting our customers, growing our community, or shaping our story, you’ll help define what comes next.

About the Role:

Vercel is growing fast, and so is the demand on our IT team. We’re looking for an IT Operations Engineer to be the backbone of day-to-day technical support for our New York City office, someone who takes real ownership of the employee experience and keeps our team running at full speed.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for in-office IT support: resolving hardware and software issues and partnering with teams across the company to make sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. You’ll manage the tools and systems Vercel’s employees rely on every day, from endpoint management and AV to onboarding workflows and access controls.

AI fluency is a core expectation at Vercel, not a bonus. We expect you to actively use AI tools to work faster, automate repetitive tasks, and solve problems more effectively. Whether that’s writing scripts, drafting documentation, triaging requests, or researching solutions, we want someone who reaches for AI as a natural part of how they work.

Beyond the helpdesk, you’ll have genuine opportunities to contribute to larger IT projects and initiatives. This is a team that operates with a high bar and moves quickly, and we’re looking for someone who matches that energy: proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about building great IT experiences at scale.

This is an in-person role based in New York City. The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite to effectively collaborate with our team and support our office’s IT needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for in-office and remote staff on all IT-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring minimal downtime and a great employee experience.
  • Actively use AI tools to triage requests, draft documentation, write scripts, and find solutions faster. We expect AI to be a regular part of how you work, not an occasional experiment.
  • Utilize IT ticketing systems to manage and prioritize help-desk requests, keeping response times tight and communication clear.
  • Help with the creation, management, and support of user accounts and access controls, ensuring employees have the resources and permissions they need to do their jobs.
  • Support in-office AV and conference room technology, including event support for team gatherings and all-hands meetings.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on projects ranging from new technology rollouts to process improvements.
  • Partner with our Onboarding team to procure equipment, set up accounts, and deliver a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for IT systems, processes, and common issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams like Workplace Services and People to support company-wide initiatives and keep the office running well.

About You:

  • Experienced IT Professional: You have at least 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field, with a solid foundation in troubleshooting hardware, software, AV, and network issues. Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus.
  • AI-Native Worker: You actively use AI tools as a core part of how you work, not just occasionally. You reach for them to move faster, automate repetitive tasks, write scripts, draft docs, and solve problems more effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: You have a strong understanding of macOS environments, networking, and security, and you’re known for diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and thoroughly.
  • Effective Communicator: You can explain complex technical issues in plain language and work collaboratively across teams and departments with ease.
  • Proactive and Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments, take initiative without being asked, and can juggle multiple tasks or priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Service-Oriented: You’re approachable, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You treat every support interaction as an opportunity to leave someone better off than you found them.
  • Detail-Oriented: You manage your work and documentation carefully, keep IT assets organized, and don’t let things fall through the cracks.
  • Security Conscious: You understand the importance of cybersecurity and are proactive about implementing measures to protect company data and systems.
  • Continuous Learner: You stay current on IT trends and best practices and are motivated to grow your skills alongside the team and the company.

Benefits:

  • Great compensation package and stock options.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off - Flexible vacation policy with a recommended 4-weeks per year, and paid holidays.
  • We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a stipend to refresh your tech gear as needed.

The base pay range for this role is $116,000-$174,000. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills and experience.  The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.

Vercel is committed to fostering and empowering an inclusive community within our organization. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Vercel encourages everyone to apply for our available positions, even if they don’t necessarily check every box on the job description.
