Project Management LawnStarter: Principal Quality Engineer

Principal Quality Engineer owns quality strategy and standards, leads the QA squad, and evolves testing tooling and processes across the engineering organization.

Lead Posted about 17 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Brazil
URL: http://lawnstarter.com

About LawnStarter

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and related services, with over $150M in annual bookings. We're expanding beyond lawn care to become the one-stop shop for all home services.

About Engineering Quality at LawnStarter

Our QA team is growing, and we're investing real money in better test coverage. We already have shared quality standards and a QA squad that organizes itself horizontally across teams. What we don't have is someone dedicated to owning that vision: every QA is heads-down on their own team, so nobody has the room to drive the standards forward, unify how the squad works, or push the state of the art. That's the gap this role fills. It's not a nice-to-have we're adding because things are going well. It's the structure and leadership we need to make what we've already built actually compound.

The Role

You'll be LawnStarter's first Principal Quality Engineer, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering. We already have quality standards, working CI/CD gates, and AI tooling in the mix. Nobody owns the vision behind all of it, drives it forward, or leads the QA squad that keeps it running. You will.

This isn't a QA management job today. You won't spend your day approving tickets or chasing bug counts. You'll take ownership of the standards and tooling that already exist, work collaboratively with the QA squad to improve them, and keep pushing the state of quality engineering forward as the org grows. As the QA squad grows, this role could take on direct people management of QAs, so hiring, coaching, and performance management experience is a real plus even though it's not the day-one job.

You're not starting from zero, and you're not inheriting a mess either. That means the job isn't "invent a strategy nobody has thought about." It's "listen to the QAs who live in this every day, understand where the pain is, and lead them toward what's next." We need someone who reads where LawnStarter is today and builds from there, not someone who shows up with a favorite tool stack and a coverage number they picked before they met the team.

What makes this role different:

  • You own and evolve the quality strategy together with the QA team, instead of building one in a vacuum or just executing someone else's.
  • You have direct sponsorship from the Head of Engineering and the room to keep growing the AI-native tooling already in the mix.
  • Your success is measured by how much better the whole engineering org's quality gets under your leadership, not by a headcount number.

What You'll Own

  • Strategy and vision: The company-wide quality engineering roadmap, plus a quality accountability framework that spells out what engineers, EMs, and PMs each own at every stage of building software.
  • Test strategy across the stack: Unit, component, contract, API, end-to-end, mobile, and non-functional testing (performance, load, accessibility), agreed with each team as their quality contract.
  • AI-native quality tooling: AI agents and skills, including Claude Code style tooling, that any engineer can run on demand for test generation, code review, and quality guidance. You'll keep hunting for the next AI capability worth putting in front of the team.
  • CI/CD and test infrastructure: Required checks, quality gates, E2E and visual regression pipelines, performance budgets, and the mobile test automation strategy across emulators and real device clouds. That includes deciding what actually needs to block a deploy versus what can run async, and keeping the pipeline itself fast.
  • Production quality signal: Tying monitoring into incident response and building dashboards teams actually check, not ones that just exist.
  • Technical mentorship of the QA discipline: QA engineers keep reporting to their own Engineering Managers today. You won't manage their day-to-day or their careers right now. You'll own the technical and craft side of QA org-wide, mentor QA engineers across every squad, and send your input to their EMs to feed performance reviews. That could change as the squad grows into a direct reporting line to this role.

Problems to Solve

A solid quality bar with no one steering it.

We already have shared standards, working quality gates, and AI tooling in the mix. What's missing is someone whose job is to look at all of it, decide what needs to improve next, and actually drive that improvement instead of it being everyone's part-time responsibility.

A QA squad with no dedicated leadership.

Our QAs already organize horizontally across teams, but every one of them is focused on their own team's work day to day. Nobody has the bandwidth to unify how they work, spread what's working on one team to the others, or represent their pain points where decisions get made. You'll give that squad the structure and leadership it's missing.

Standards that need continuous R&D, not a rewrite.

The foundation works. The risk is standing still while the org grows. You'll keep pushing the state of the art, testing new approaches and tools, and deciding what's worth rolling out broadly versus what stays an experiment.

Quality work that's still someone's side project.

Right now, improving quality practice competes with each QA's day-to-day team commitments. You'll make it someone's actual job to carry that forward, and get engineers, EMs, and PMs treating it as planned work instead of something squeezed in.

What Success Looks Like (Year 1)

  • A clear quality vision, owned and communicated: Every product team can point to what "good" means for their testing and why, with you as the person who set that direction and keeps it current.
  • Measurable improvement on existing gates: Flakiness, pipeline cost, and what runs sync versus async on core repositories are visibly better than when you started, not just maintained.
  • At least one new AI-native capability shipped: You've pushed the existing AI tooling forward with something new, like an added test-generation flow or audit, that engineers actually reach for weekly.
  • A QA squad that feels led: The QAs across teams can point to concrete ways their work, tools, or standards improved because someone was finally driving it.

Requirements

Who You Are

AI-native, specifically for quality work. You already use AI to generate tests, not just to autocomplete code. You've set up agentic tooling like Claude Code or MCP-based workflows so engineers can run on-demand test generation or code review against their own repos, and you keep experimenting with what AI can take off a team's plate next. This is unlikely to be a good fit if AI tools mostly make you nervous, or your use of them stops at your own personal productivity.

A strategic thinker, not a tool zealot. Give you a team's current maturity level, and you'll design the testing approach that fits where they are, not the one you used at your last job. You resist the urge to mandate a specific framework or a specific coverage number before you understand the context. Someone who shows up insisting "we need to hit 90% coverage" or "everyone must use Playwright" without first learning how the team works will struggle here.

Deeply hands-on across the whole test pyramid. You've built and maintained component, contract, API, E2E, and performance test suites yourself, not just reviewed slides about them. You're the person who steps in when the engineering team is blocked by the pipeline and can't ship. If your test automation experience stops at reading dashboards other people built, this role will feel out of reach fast.

A patient teacher who still ships. Coaching engineers on testing practice and running enablement sessions is part of the job. So is personally building the CI pipelines and the tooling. You don't write the doc and hope someone else implements it. This is unlikely to be a good fit for someone who only wants to advise, or who avoids hands-on infrastructure work.

Comfortable owning influence without owning headcount, at least for now. You'll mentor QA engineers across every squad on technical craft and send notes to their EMs for performance reviews. You won't be their manager on day one, and you won't set their career path. This works well if you're motivated by discipline-wide technical influence. It won't if you need direct reports from the start to feel engaged. If you've hired, coached, and managed performance for a QA or engineering team before, that's a genuine plus: this role could grow into managing the QA squad directly as it scales.

This Role Is NOT

  • A traditional QA management job, at least not on day one: You won't manage QA engineers day to day or own their career growth right now. Their EMs do that. You own the technical and strategic direction of the QA discipline instead, with the door open to direct management as the squad grows.
  • A "throw out what's there and start over" job: We have real standards and tooling worth building on. You can't parachute in with a pre-packaged process or a favorite tool stack and mandate it regardless of fit.
  • A ticket-approval or gatekeeping role: You're not the last line of defense that blocks releases at the end. You're embedding quality earlier, so there's less to block.
  • A headcount-growth play: Your success isn't measured by how big a QA team you build. It's measured by how much better the whole engineering org's quality gets.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000-$100,000 USD annually.
  • Fully remote: This is deep-focus analytical work with US-facing partners. We hire the best analyst regardless of city and trust you to manage your environment and overlap hours.
  • Flexible PTO: Measured on outcomes, not hours logged.

Project Management Strategic Delivery Lead at Snorkel AI

Senior leader accountable for pod delivery, margin performance, and cross-functional execution across a portfolio of AI data and engagement work.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Snorkel

At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data.

We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler!

About the Role

The Strategic Delivery Lead is the senior operator accountable for turning a pod’s ambition into reliably delivered, high-quality work. This role is hybrid ( _3 days/week in office)_ in San Francisco,CA or New York City, NY. You will own the performance of a portfolio spanning samples, off-the-shelf datasets, proprietary data products, and bespoke engagements, connecting GTM, Research, Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Expert AI Supply to ensure the right work is prioritized, staffed, and executed. This is a highly cross-functional role: you will lead through influence cross functionally and directly manage a team of strategic project leads (SPLs), bring clarity to complex tradeoffs, and personally intervene when quality, delivery, or customer outcomes are at risk.

You will be the pod’s owner for margin performance and operating economics, with a clear view of cost-to-deliver, gross margin, capacity, and the operational choices that drive them. While you will not set pricing, your cost, scope, and delivery inputs will directly inform pricing and commercial decisions. In partnership with Product, Research and Forward Deployed Engineering, you will translate the domain’s strategy and priority bets into an executable roadmap, mobilizing the teams required to bring it to life and building the systems, rhythms, and playbooks that make the model stronger with every launch.

What You’ll Do

  • Own your pod’s margin performance and operating economics. Be accountable for understanding and improving the cost-to-deliver, gross margin, and financial health of the pod’s work. Track data orders and recognized revenue, challenge staffing and production decisions that erode margin, and provide the cost and delivery inputs that inform pricing decisions. Represent the pod’s commercial and operational performance in the weekly business review.
  • Bring the pod’s four-quarter roadmap to life. Partner with Product and Research to execute against the strategy and priority bets they have defined for the domain, translating them into an actionable delivery roadmap, mobilizing the right cross-functional teams, and ensuring launches and projects are delivered with the required quality, speed, and economics.
  • Manage and grow a team of Strategic Project Leads (SPLs) to ensure projects are delivered on time, and you establish a culture of high performance.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between GTM and Delivery. Maintain a clear view of the commercial pipeline, ensure pre-sales teams have the support they need, PMM has what it needs, and be able to speak confidently to delivery plans, capacity, risks, and tradeoffs across your portfolio.
  • Own the performance of the full project portfolio. Ensure every project, across samples, OTS datasets, proprietary data products, and bespoke engagements, is delivered on time, to the highest quality, and against its expected financial return.
  • Mobilize the right people at the right time. Bring together Research, Engineering, subject-matter experts, Delivery, and Expert AI Supply, negotiating for capacity and driving alignment across teams that do not report directly to you.
  • Build and optimize the pod’s workforce plan. Partner closely with the heads of Delivery and Expert AI Supply to ensure projects are staffed with the right expertise, talent is deployed effectively, and capacity is planned strategically against current and future demand.
  • Obsess over quality, personally. Get into the data, understand where quality is breaking down, and force the right conversations and actions when something is wrong, regardless of whether you are the person who can directly fix it.
  • Actively manage and improve margin. Challenge staffing models, production pipelines, and other cost drivers when work is more expensive than it needs to be, and deliver measurable improvements to the domain’s margin profile.
  • Turn recurring failures into systemic fixes. When the same problem appears repeatedly, address it in the operating model, tooling, or process rather than continuing to solve it one project at a time.
  • Build the pod playbook. As one of the first leaders operating this model, establish the rhythms, processes, roles, and best practices that will make the model repeatable for future pods.
  • Share learnings across the broader organization. Ensure insights, proven practices, and recurring challenges are systematically shared across pods so that each team benefits from what others have learned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Ownership of a P&L or a business unit - you have carried a number, made pricing and cost trade-offs, and lived with the result. Consulting-style project leadership without commercial ownership is not the same thing.
  • Real depth in a technical domain - software engineering, computer use and agents, or an adjacent frontier area. You do not need to be a researcher and you do not need to write the pipeline. You do need to be someone a research lead wants in the room: able to hold your own on a technical argument, tell whether this domain’s data is good or bad, and know who to pull in when it isn’t.
  • A track record of building rather than administering. Founders, early operators, and people who have stood something up from nothing tend to do well here. We care much more about what you have owned and accomplished than how many people have reported to you.
  • Commercial judgment with customers. You can run a technical discovery conversation, scope an engagement, and hold a hard margin or timeline conversation without escalating it.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and with peers who are not your reports. Most of what you need to get done, you will get done through people who do not report to you.
  • Seniority. Typically 8+ years with meaningful time at the level described above, though we care about the substance far more than the count.
  • Prior people management experience; preference 3+ years

Bonus: experience in AI/ML data, evals or benchmarks; having built a function or business line inside a fast-scaling company; a founder or early-employee background in a technical product.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary base for this position can range as detailed below. Snorkel also includes benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). The salary range for this position based off of tier 1 locations such as San Francisco Bay Area, and New York, and is $296,000 - $444,000. All offers include equity compensation.

Project Management Manager, Strategic Customer Onboarding at Tipalti

Lead a team managing complex customer onboarding implementations, oversee portfolio performance and resource allocation, and coach direct reports on delivery excellence.

Lead Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

As the Manager, Strategic Onboarding, you will lead a team responsible for Tipalti’s most complex and strategically important customer implementations, including both internally delivered and partner-led engagements. You will be accountable for the performance, development, and success of your team and the overall health of the delivery portfolio, ensuring projects are appropriately staffed, risks are identified and addressed early, and customers receive a consistently high-quality onboarding experience.

You will own portfolio-level delivery performance, capacity and resource management, operational cadence, and first-line escalation management for your team. You will coach and develop experienced Onboarding Managers, establish repeatable and scalable delivery practices, and partner cross-functionally to remove systemic barriers to successful implementation.

This is a people and portfolio leadership role, not an individual implementation role. Success is measured by the performance of the team and portfolio—not by personally carrying customer implementations.

Why join Tipalti?

Tipalti is the AI-powered platform for finance automation, elevating how finance teams operate in the global economy. We empower our customers to scale faster and smarter by removing the complexities of doing global business and accelerating their finance operations efficiency. Our platform provides a comprehensive suite of finance automation solutions designed for mid-market businesses across accounts payable, global payouts, procurement, employee expenses, corporate cards, supplier management, tax compliance, and treasury. Tipalti partners with leading financial institutions such as Citi, Wells Fargo, J.P. Morgan, and Visa, enabling over 5,000 global companies to efficiently and securely pay millions of suppliers and payees across 200+ countries and territories, in 120 currencies.

At Tipalti, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, the quality of our product and the capabilities of our people. Tipaltians are passionate about the work they do, and keen to get the job done. Tipalti offers competitive benefits, a flexible workplace, career coaching, and an environment where diverse individuals can thrive and make an impact. Our culture ensures everyone checks their egos at the door and stands ready to reach for success together.

Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, Tbilisi and Medellin.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced Onboarding Managers responsible for complex and strategically important customer implementations.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and create development opportunities that strengthen the team’s delivery and leadership capabilities.
  • Build a culture of ownership and accountability in which Onboarding Managers independently lead their portfolios and escalate intentionally rather than relying on management to run projects for them.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop new team members as the organization grows.
  • Own performance management, goal setting, and development planning for the team.
  • Own the overall health and performance of the Strategic Onboarding portfolio, including project health, delivery risk, time-to-value, customer experience, capacity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Establish and lead a consistent portfolio operating cadence that surfaces risks early, drives clear ownership of actions, and enables proactive intervention before issues become escalations.
  • Own staffing and capacity management across the team, balancing customer needs, project complexity, team capabilities, and business priorities.
  • Serve as the first level of management escalation for at-risk implementations, providing leadership and executive customer engagement when appropriate while maintaining clear ownership with the assigned Onboarding Manager.
  • Provide leadership oversight for Tipalti’s most complex and strategically important implementations, ensuring teams have the resources, cross-functional support, and decision-making required for successful delivery.
  • Identify patterns across projects and escalations and translate them into systemic improvements rather than repeatedly solving the same issues customer by customer.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio visibility and forecasting, using data to identify emerging risks, capacity constraints, and opportunities to improve delivery performance.
  • Provide operational oversight of strategic partner-led implementations within the broader Strategic Onboarding portfolio, ensuring appropriate visibility, governance, escalation management, and consistent delivery standards across both Tipalti-led and partner-led engagements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to delivery processes, tools, and operating practices that increase consistency, scalability, and customer outcomes.
  • Use portfolio data and frontline insights to identify systemic delivery issues and drive improvements across the organization.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Professional Services, Alliances, and other cross-functional teams to resolve recurring delivery barriers and represent the needs of Strategic Onboarding.
  • Ensure lessons learned, delivery patterns, and successful practices are captured and reused across the team rather than remaining with individual team members.
  • Share structured product and process feedback with appropriate stakeholders to improve the customer onboarding experience.
  • Establish clear ownership and escalation paths for cross-functional dependencies that impact customer delivery.
  • Champion adoption of AI-enabled delivery workflows across Strategic Onboarding, partnering with the AI Strategy function to identify high-value opportunities, drive frontline adoption, and measure operational impact.
  • Help evolve team roles and operating practices as AI removes administrative work, enabling Onboarding Managers to spend more time on strategic customer engagement and higher-value delivery activities.
  • Provide frontline feedback and operational insights to help ensure AI capabilities address real delivery challenges and create measurable value.
  • Reinforce new AI-enabled ways of working through coaching, operating cadence, and performance expectations.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • BA/BS in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience leading complex fintech, payments, ERP, or financial-technology implementations.
  • Experience working with implementation partners or systems integrators is a plus.
  • Experience leading teams through AI, automation, or significant delivery-process transformation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, project-management platforms, and ticketing systems such as Jira.
  • Experience operating in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering organizations to resolve systemic customer-delivery challenges.

Project Management Strategic Delivery Lead at Snorkel AI

Senior leader accountable for a pod's delivery performance, managing teams, margins, and cross-functional coordination to execute AI data projects reliably.

Be Your Best at Snorkel

Joining Snorkel AI means becoming part of a company that has market proven solutions, robust funding, and is scaling rapidly—offering a unique combination of stability and the excitement of high growth. As a member of our team, you’ll have meaningful opportunities to shape priorities and initiatives, influence key strategic decisions, and directly impact our ongoing success. Project Management Strategic Delivery Lead at Snorkel AI

Strategic leader manages cross-functional delivery operations, team performance, and financial outcomes for an AI data platform business unit.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

Lead a team of onboarding managers overseeing complex customer implementations, managing portfolio performance, resource allocation, and cross-functional delivery processes.

About you

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Professional Services, Implementation, or a similar customer delivery function within B2B SaaS.
  • 3+ years of direct people-management experience leading experienced implementation or onboarding professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of complex enterprise customer implementations, with accountability for delivery quality, customer outcomes, capacity, and risk.
  • Strong people leader with a track record of coaching experienced professionals, managing performance, and developing future leaders.
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to lead difficult customer conversations and high-stakes escalations.
  • Excellent operational judgment, including the ability to distinguish between an individual project problem and a systemic delivery issue.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and operating rhythms in a fast-changing environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to understand portfolio health, capacity, performance, and emerging risks.

  • Detail-oriented and well organized, with the ability to maintain strategic perspective while managing a complex delivery portfolio.

Project Management Engineering Manager - Revenue Management Azure at DoiT

Engineering Manager leads a team of engineers on revenue management Azure projects, balancing hands-on technical contribution with team development, delivery execution, and continuous process improvement.

Lead Remote Posted 2 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Location

Our Engineering Manager - Revenue Management Azure House will be an integral part of our global R&D team.

This role is based remotely in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden and Israel.

Who We Are

DoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation. We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production.

Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency.

With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more. An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide.

The Opportunity

The Engineering Manager is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role. You are embedded with your team - daily standup, code review, architectural calls, delivery planning, and performance management - and you own both the team’s output and the team’s growth.

This is a genuinely technical & leadership role. You are expected to write and review code, be a credible voice in architectural decisions, and stay current in your team’s stack. You lead by demonstrating you can do the work at the highest level, not by title alone. The balance between hands-on contribution and leadership depends on the team’s context, but your overarching mandate is the same: run the team, execute and deliver, and grow its impact.

Build the bench, raise the standard, and keep the operating cadence sharp as the work and the organization evolve. You work AI-augmented yourself, expect the same from your team, and push the team’s craft forward with every new capability that lands.

Responsibilities

Team leadership & growth

  • Leading a team of engineers, owning both its delivery and its development.
  • Lead a mindset and process of continuous improvement within the team and meaningfully impact the team’s success over time. Small, compounding improvements, delivered via fast iterations, are the operating rhythm we expect, not an aspiration.
  • You are responsible for the professional well-being and career development of team members. Develop engineers through regular 1:1s, growth plans, performance reviews, and direct, candid feedback.
  • Develop the next layer of leadership - tech leads, senior engineers ready to manage, and ICs ready to step into staff roles.

Technical leadership

  • Write code and review code. Be a credible voice in technical decisions because you have hands in the work, not because of your title - you are current, not rusty.
  • Drive the team’s architectural and technical design decisions in partnership with senior ICs, ensuring alignment on approach and implementation.
  • Uphold engineering standards through thorough, constructive pull-request review and a healthy release process, keeping the team’s components scalable and in a healthy state.
  • Work AI-augmented and lead an AI-augmented team, applying sharp judgment about where AI helps and holding the same quality bar for what ships.

Roadmap & delivery

  • Own the team’s commitments - what was promised, when it was promised, and the quality bar that was held.
  • Run a disciplined cadence of planning, prioritization, and delivery without becoming a process bureaucrat.
  • Partner closely with the Technical Product Owner and Product team on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs, maintaining a roadmap that reflects both near-term priorities and longer-term direction.
  • Understand the broader business objectives behind the work, translate that context for the team, and ensure engineering effort clearly aligns with those objectives.
  • React decisively to change - re-planning, re-prioritizing, and re-staffing as the business moves - while keeping the team engaged and steady through the shift.

Hiring

  • Own hiring for your team. Interview thoughtfully, decide quickly, and refuse to lower the bar to fill seats.
  • Recruit, coach, and - when needed - make hard calls toward the standard the team is held to.
  • Operate as a role model for other engineering managers across the organization: share your operating model, mentor peers, and raise the management bench.
  • Day-to-day communication & collaborationUpwards: Communicate clearly and succinctly, giving leadership the right level of context and prioritizing escalations based on relevant, well-gathered information.
  • Downwards: Empower senior engineers to own key areas of the product, and coach team members to stay focused, intentional, and aware of their impact.
  • Sideways: Partner effectively with Product, Design, GTM, Customer Success, and other teams - raising challenges and opportunities constructively to support cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management roles where you actively coded as part of your responsibilities.
