Finance Salesloft: Financial Analyst

Financial analyst partners with departmental leaders on budgeting, forecasting, revenue metrics, and executive reporting using FP&A tools and AI to drive data-driven business decisions.

Mid Remote Posted about 16 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: United States, Remote

Job Title:  Financial Analyst

Location: United State, REMOTE

Salesloft are building the next era of enterprise revenue — one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we’re building the industry’s first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.

With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won — the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Financial Analyst will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Finance team and will be a critical partner in scaling the company by building key business relationships across the organization. We believe that the most successful SaaS businesses rely on agile, data-driven finance partners who look beyond budget variances to turn operational data into strategic growth.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for serving as the dedicated finance partner to our Customer Success, Professional Services, and G&A organizations alongside our FP&A leadership. Specifically, you will:

  • Lead Financial Partnering: Support departmental heads with headcount management, monthly budgeting, forecasting, and actuals variance analysis.
  • Maintain Revenue & Retention Metrics: Own the source of truth for retention and churn forecasting models, partnering directly with Revenue Operations and Order Management to ensure data integrity.
  • Drive Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting—analyzing financial results, identifying key operational trends, and communicating insights to senior leadership.
  • Leverage Modern Tech & AI: Utilize Pigment as our core FP&A planning platform and Claude AI to accelerate data analysis, reporting, and scenario modeling to automate finance workflows.
  • Execute Strategic Modeling: Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analyses to evaluate operational risks and strategic business initiatives.

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to work directly across different management levels to solve complex financial challenges and shape how we scale a world-class revenue platform. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a self-motivated, customer-centric, and highly analytical problem solver who is passionate about making an impact. You are an independent thinker with an eye for process improvement, comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, and eager to leverage cutting-edge tools to automate finance workflows. If you’re looking for an opportunity to learn more, do more, and become more, then becoming a Financial Analyst is the career path for you!

THE TEAM:

The Finance team consists of results-oriented SaaS professionals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for strategic problem solving. The team members share a few common traits: they are collaborative, highly curious, detail-oriented, and focused on helping the company scale cleanly.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or quantitative financial analysis roles within a high-growth tech or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with modern FP&A platforms (specifically Pigment) and comfort using AI tools (such as Claude AI) to drive analytical productivity.
  • Solid understanding of core SaaS post-sales business metrics (e.g., NRR, GRR, Churn, ARR).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact effectively with business partners and executive management.
  • High adaptability and problem-solving skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced team with evolving priorities.
  • Collaborative mentality by prioritizing ‘we’ and not focusing on ‘me’.

At Salesloft, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive. We focus on culture add, not culture fit, and believe our teams are made stronger by the unique perspectives, experiences, and identities each person brings.

We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and provide employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by law.

If you’re excited about this role even though your experience may not perfectly match every requirement, we encourage you to apply. We are actively hiring across multiple geographies and would love to welcome passionate, curious, and mission-driven individuals to our growing team. Explore our open roles and consider joining us!

Are you ready to be part of the future?

About the job

We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you’ll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.

We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We’re looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that’s about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.

Responsibilities

  • Request Intake & Triage

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.

    • Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.

    • Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.

Design Collaboration & Project Management

  • Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.

  • Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.

  • Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.

Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)

  • Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).

  • Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).

  • Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.

Event Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.

  • Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.

  • Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.

Risk & Logistics Ownership

  • Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.

  • Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.

  • Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.

Cross-Team Partnership

  • Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers’ time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.

  • Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.

  • Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what “safe area” means, and why RGB assets can’t go straight to print.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.

  • Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.

  • Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.

  • A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask “what could go wrong here?” and build a plan around the answer.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma

  • Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.
