Engineer Senior DevOps Engineer at Raft

Senior DevOps Engineer designs and maintains Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code for mission-critical defense data platforms.

Senior Remote Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

This is a U.S. based position. All of the programs we support require U.S. citizenship to be eligible for employment. All work must be conducted within the continental U.S.

Who we are:

Raft (https://TeamRaft.com) is a customer-obsessed non-traditional defense tech company dedicated to empowering U.S. military and government agencies with cutting-edge AI/ML and data solutions. We are a leader in autonomous data fusion and Agentic AI, with a purposeful focus on Distributed Data Systems, Platforms at Scale, and Complex Application Development. With headquarters in McLean, VA, our range of clients includes innovative federal and public agencies leveraging design thinking, cutting-edge tech stack, and cloud-native ecosystem. We build digital solutions that impact the lives of millions of Americans.

About the role:

Raft is building mission-critical data platforms for the Department of War that process billions of events per day from hundreds of sensors and operational sources, delivering intelligence to operators who use it to make time-sensitive decisions. Our platform runs across multiple classification levels and deployment environments.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Raft, you won’t be operating in a pure infrastructure lane. You will be expected to understand the software you’re deploying, contribute to it when needed, and engage with the data pipelines flowing through the systems you manage. This is a role for someone who thinks end-to-end, from data ingest and pipeline performance through to Kubernetes-based deployment, observability, and secure operations in defense environments.

You will work across cloud and on-premises environments, partner closely with software and data engineers, and help Raft maintain the operational rigor and platform reliability that our most demanding customers depend on.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure Kubernetes-based infrastructure supporting data platform workloads across cloud and on-premises environments
  • Build, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and GitOps-based delivery patterns, enabling reliable, repeatable deployments across multiple classification levels
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible to provision, configure, and lifecycle-manage platform infrastructure
  • Collaborate directly with software engineers to understand service architectures, dependencies, and runtime behavior, and contribute code-level changes where needed to improve deployability, reliability, or observability
  • Support and optimize data streaming and processing pipelines built on technologies such as Kafka, Kafka Streams, Flink, and Pinot, diagnosing bottlenecks, tuning configurations, and ensuring data integrity across the platform
  • Implement and manage platform observability using monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana), logging (Fluentbit, Loki, Kibana), and alerting tooling to maintain operational awareness in production environments
  • Apply and enforce DevSecOps practices including container hardening, vulnerability scanning, software supply chain security, and compliance-driven deployment patterns in regulated government environments
  • Manage and debug complex Helm chart deployments, service mesh configurations (Istio), and Kubernetes networking across multi-cluster and multi-environment topologies
  • Support operations across multiple deployment targets, cloud-hosted (AWS, Azure), on-premises data centers, and edge/tactical environments, adapting platform patterns to the constraints of each
  • Write clean, maintainable automation and tooling in Java or Go to accelerate platform operations, reduce toil, and improve developer experience across engineering teams
  • Engage directly with customers at the most operationally demanding locations in the Department of War

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
  • 5+ years of production experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including provisioning, operating, and troubleshooting clusters in real-world environments
  • Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on proficiency in GitLab CI, GitOps workflows (Flux, ArgoCD), and modern software delivery practices
  • Experience supporting data-intensive platforms using streaming technologies such as Kafka, or Flink, including configuration, tuning, and operational support
  • Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including ETL/ELT pipeline design, data storage patterns, data governance concepts, and integration with downstream consumers
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tooling, particularly Terraform; experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tools
  • Strong Helm proficiency, including authoring and maintaining charts for complex multi-service deployments
  • Hands-on experience with platform observability tooling: Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentbit, Loki or Elasticsearch/Kibana
  • Demonstrable software development skills in Java and/or Go, comfortable reading, modifying, and contributing to application codebases, not just deploying them
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or Azure, including networking, IAM, storage, and managed Kubernetes services
  • Strong systems thinking, troubleshooting discipline, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities
  • Experience applying secure and compliant deployment practices in regulated or government environments
  • Active Secret clearance required; must be eligible for and willing to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Ability to obtain Security+ certification within the first 90 days of employment
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Highly preferred:

  • Experience with service mesh technologies, particularly Istio, including traffic management, mTLS, and observability integration
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes-based ML/AI platforms such as Kubeflow, KServe, or Ray, and experience supporting GPU-enabled workloads
  • Experience with software supply chain security tools including container image scanning, SBOM generation, and runtime vulnerability management
  • Background supporting deployments across multiple classification levels or air-gapped / disconnected environments
  • Experience with package and dependency management across polyglot environments (Maven, Gradle, NPM, Yarn, pip)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to DoW software deployment, including RMF, STIGs, and IL4/IL5/IL6 requirements
  • Contributions to or ownership of internal developer platforms, golden path tooling, or shared infrastructure services
  • Experience with distributed tracing and APM tooling (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Tempo)
  • Existing TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred

What Success Looks Like

  • Platform deployments are reliable, repeatable, and secure across every environment Raft operates in, from commercial cloud to classified on-premises
  • Engineering teams move faster because CI/CD workflows, infrastructure tooling, and deployment patterns are solid, well-documented, and easy to use
  • Data pipelines running through Raft’s platform are stable, observable, and performant, with clear ownership of issues when they arise
  • You’ve earned the trust of software engineers by understanding what they’ve built and engaging meaningfully in conversations about architecture, runtime behavior, and operational trade-offs
  • Compliance and security posture across deployment environments is continuously maintained, not bolt-on

Clearance Requirements:

  • Minimum active Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain an active TS SCI security clearance

Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00

Work Type:

  • Hybrid with up to 25% travel
  • Active Secret clearance required to start; TS/SCI eligibility required

What we will offer you:

  • Highly competitive salary
  • Fully covered healthcare, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) and company match
  • Take as you need PTO + 11 paid holidays
  • Education & training benefits
  • Generous Referral Bonuses
  • And More!

Our Vision Statement:

We bridge the gap between humans and data through radical transparency and our obsession with the mission.

Our Customer Obsession:

We will approach every deliverable like it’s a product. We will adopt a customer-obsessed mentality. As we grow, and our footprint becomes larger, teams and employees will treat each other not only as teammates but customers. We must live the customer-obsessed mindset, always. This will help us scale and it will translate to the interactions that our Rafters have with their clients and other product teams that they integrate with. Our culture will enable our success and set us apart from other companies.

How do we get there?

Public-sector modernization is critical for us to live in a better world. We, at Raft, want to innovate and solve complex problems. And, if we are successful, our generation and the ones that follow us will live in a delightful, efficient, and accessible world where out-of-box thinking, and collaboration is a norm.

Raft’s core philosophy is Ubuntu: I Am, Because We are. We support our _“nadi”_ by elevating the other Rafters. We work as a hyper collaborative team where each team member brings a unique perspective, adding value that did not exist before. People make Raft special. We celebrate each other and our cognitive and cultural diversity. We are devoted to our practice of innovation and collaboration.

We’re an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.

Proof of work

The team

At Kraken, compliance is not a checkbox. It’s a core expression of who we are and how we operate. Our Global Sanctions Compliance function sits at the intersection of regulatory accountability and technology, building processes that don’t just meet the standard but set it. We’re looking for people who bring both sharp regulatory judgment and a builder’s mindset to the table.

We’re looking for a Sr. Compliance Associate, Sanctions Regulatory Reporting to join us fully remote in the US. This role reports directly to Kraken’s Chief Sanctions Officer and sits at the heart of how we manage, improve and scale our sanctions reporting programme globally. You won’t just be executing a filing process. You’ll be actively improving it, driving automation across the end-to-end workflow and partnering with engineering and AI teams to build something more scalable and regulator-ready.

The opportunity

  • Own the preparation, quality control and timely submission of all outbound sanctions regulatory reports, including OFAC reports, the OFAC Annual Report of Blocked Property and reporting obligations across Payward’s international jurisdictions.

  • Maintain a filing calendar and proactively escalate risks of late or incomplete submissions to sanctions leadership, applying rigorous human oversight before every regulatory submission.

  • Work with AI and engineering teams to scope and test connectors between sanctions tooling and downstream reporting systems, using AI-assisted platforms including Claude to accelerate template drafting, narrative generation and QC workflows.

  • Partner with Regional Compliance Officers across non-US jurisdictions to solicit and incorporate local regulatory feedback, ensuring regional perspectives are integrated while maintaining sanctions programme integrity.

  • Serve as a trained backup for sanctions investigations and account closure decisions, supporting caseload surges and ensuring timely resolution to minimise regulatory exposure and client impact.

  • Document current-state processes and propose improvements that reduce manual effort without compromising regulatory accuracy or accountability.

Skills you should HODL

  • 3+ years of experience in sanctions compliance, regulatory reporting or a related financial crimes compliance function, ideally gained within financial services such as banking, crypto or fintech.

  • Working knowledge of OFAC regulations, SDN list screening and sanctions regulatory reporting obligations.

  • Hands-on experience using automation and AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to make the team faster and the work better.

  • Experience working with APIs, workflow connectors and case management systems such as Hummingbird, Zendesk or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated experience in QC or review processes involving regulatory deliverables.

  • Ability to interpret regulatory guidance and apply it to real-world filing and reporting scenarios.

  • Strong written communication skills with experience drafting or reviewing compliance reports.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent filing deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.

  • High degree of integrity, discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to haves

  • CAMS certification or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with UK and other non-US sanctions regimes.

  • Experience reviewing sanctions enforcement actions and translating regulatory expectations into operational controls.

  • Working knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems.

  • Experience supporting regulatory exams, audits or enforcement-related inquiries.

  • Familiarity with cross-border regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

Product Senior/Principal Product Manager, Open Source at Pulumi Corporation

Owns the product roadmap for Pulumi Core and Providers ecosystem, balancing open source community needs with long-term technical architecture and developer UX.

Senior Remote Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

Pulumi is the cloud infrastructure platform engineers love and enterprises trust. We help teams build, secure, and operate modern cloud applications using real programming languages, backed by an open-source foundation and a powerful SaaS platform. Industry leaders like Snowflake, NVIDIA and Supabase rely on Pulumi to turn cloud infrastructure into a competitive advantage.

Pulumi enables developers and infrastructure engineers to unlock the full power of cloud services with secure, repeatable, production-grade infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Datadog, GitHub, and more. As an AI-first organization, we’re a leader in the AI Infrastructure space and have our own autonomous infrastructure engineering agent that brings AI-driven operations directly into the cloud engineering workflow.

While Pulumi is headquartered in Seattle, WA., we are dedicated to being a remote first company. This role will be located remotely preferably in Seattle, WA.

About the Role

Pulumi Core and the Pulumi Providers ecosystem are the open source foundation that millions of developers rely on to manage cloud infrastructure. We’re looking for a deeply technical Product Manager to own the roadmap for both to shape what cloud engineering looks like for the next decade.

This role sits at the intersection of three things that are hard to do well together:

  • CLI and developer UX craft — every keystroke matters when developers live in your tool all day.
  • Deep technical product thinking — the engine, SDKs across multiple languages, and our extensive provider ecosystem are a serious technical surface.
  • Open source community leadership — your roadmap lives in public, and your users are also your contributors.

If that combination sounds like the job you’ve been looking for, we want to talk to you.

In This Role You Will:

  • Own the product roadmap for Pulumi Core (engine, CLI, SDKs) and the Providers ecosystem, partnering with engineering to balance long-term architectural bets with near-term community needs.
  • Obsess over CLI and developer UX — the small frictions that compound over thousands of pulumi up runs, the error messages that make or break trust, the defaults that shape how people think about infrastructure. You’re ready to understand how agents use our product, and create agent-ready interfaces.
  • Engage directly with the Pulumi community — contributing to community-sourced GitHub issues, joining community calls, participating in Slack discussions, and turning real user pain into roadmap priorities.
  • Build in public: shape RFCs, write roadmap posts, and represent Pulumi’s open source direction to contributors, customers, and the broader cloud-native ecosystem.
  • Partner with the providers team on the strategy for our large provider ecosystem — what we build first-party, where we invest in tooling for contributors, and how we keep coverage broad and quality high.
  • Translate enterprise customer needs into open source product decisions without compromising what makes Pulumi loved by individual developers.
  • Define success metrics that work for OSS (adoption, contribution velocity, issue resolution time, community health) alongside traditional product metrics, and feed insights directly back into roadmap decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery from idea to GA and adoption by collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, and the open-source community.

We’re Looking For Someone With:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical program management, with significant time spent on developer tools or infrastructure products.
  • Experience building developer tools or platforms (CLI, SDKs, APIs, infrastructure products).
  • Strong intuition for CLI and terminal UX — you have opinions about good error messages, sensible defaults, progressive disclosure, and when interactivity helps vs. gets in the way.
  • Experience working with or shipping in open source — whether as a maintainer, contributor, or PM on an OSS product — and comfort operating in public. Your roadmaps, decisions, and tradeoffs will be visible to a large community, and you’re energized rather than drained by that.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern cloud technologies (containers, Kubernetes, serverless, cloud APIs).
  • Strong technical instincts with the ability to work closely with senior engineers and reason about architectural tradeoffs. Proven ability to ramp quickly in new technical domains and form strong product opinions.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products in ambiguous or complex problem spaces.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Support in a product-led growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to building inclusive, collaborative teams.

Nice to Haves

  • Background as a maintainer or significant contributor to a well-known open source project.
  • Background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
  • Familiarity with IaC tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, Crossplane, CDK) and a point of view on what Pulumi does differently.
  • Experience speaking at conferences or representing a product publicly to a technical audience.

Compensation

  • Principal Level Base Salary Range: $180,500 to $227,850
  • Senior Level Base Salary Range: $166,000 - $209,000
  • All full time employee offers at Pulumi include base salary, bonus or variable, equity and benefits (details below).

Benefits & Perks at Pulumi:

Healthcare Coverage:

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance at no cost to U.S. employees. Internationally, we comply with local healthcare requirements and provide regionally appropriate coverage.

We provide 20 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents or primary caregivers, and 16 weeks for non-birthing parents or secondary caregivers.

Remote-First Culture:

Pulumi has been fully remote since 2020, with teammates across 20+ U.S. states and 12+ countries. We support flexible work with asynchronous collaboration and an annual “work from anywhere” stipend.

We believe in acting like owners. All employees receive equity and are empowered to think big, move fast, and build the future of cloud together.

Additional Support:

We offer a monthly wellness fund to support mental and physical well-being, and a quarterly happiness fund for team connection.

About Pulumi:

Pulumi is reimagining how teams build cloud software, enabling developers and infrastructure experts to work better together through a unique combination of programming languages, tools, and systems innovation.

Our flagship infrastructure as code technology is open source and our SaaS product, Pulumi Cloud, provides platform teams, secrets management, and cloud management capabilities, and more. We have pioneered leveraging AI across all of these areas with our LLM-powered Pulumi Copilot to push the boundaries of what’s possible. At Pulumi, we dream big, in the pursuit of helping our customers out-innovate and win.

Founded in 2017 by industry veterans with over five decades of combined experience building developer platforms, Pulumi now has a global community of more than 350,000 members and serves over 3,250 customers. Despite our rapid growth, we’re still only getting started, and are early in our mission to democratize the cloud. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, we want to work with you to accelerate Pulumi’s impact.

At Pulumi, we don’t just accept difference, we celebrate, support, and thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our products, and our customers. Data Analytics Senior Product Analyst at Splash

Senior Product Analyst analyzes financial product data and user metrics to inform product decisions and drive business growth at a fintech lending marketplace.

Senior Remote Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

The crushing weight of debt is something that we believe holds people back from reaching their dreams and making a splash in the world. So in 2013, after seeing our friends and family struggle with student loans, we created Splash Financial.

Over the years, our mission has expanded to include helping people with other forms of debt - such as refinancing credit cards, which are at all time highs in the US. And we’ve been able to refinance $6+ Billion in loans through our network of Splash, powered credit union and bank partners who leverage our marketplace and automated loan processing technology. And we’ve raised over $135 million from investors like partners of DST Global, Citi Ventures, TruStage Ventures, Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, Detroit Venture Partners, and more.

But at our core, we’re still that little company from Cleveland with a big dream: to make people more powerful than their debt and we’re just getting started..

ABOUT OUR WORKPLACE:

Splash is remote-first, and proud of it — though our collections team works in-person at our Arizona location.

We spend our days simplifying financial products and getting them into the hands of people who need them most. Right now, we’re focused on building financial technologies that fundamentally transform how the industry lends.

Although Splash has been around since 2013, we still operate like a startup — fast-paced, nimble, and full of heart. We’re good people who care deeply about doing meaningful work and we approach challenges with creativity, passion, and urgency.

And to hire the best, we provide the best: great health insurance, competitive salaries, and unique benefits like quarterly meet-ups and access to engagement tools that keep us connected — even from afar.

At Splash, everything we do is guided by our values:

Own It – We take full accountability and follow through on commitments.

Raise the Bar – We move fast, innovate faster, and push through barriers.

Say the Hard Thing – We speak up with honesty, respect, and a desire to solve problems and make things better.

Elevate Each Other – We win as a team by lifting each other up.

These values show up in how we work and how we connect — whether we’re collaborating on big projects or bonding over everyday moments. Yes, we even have Slack channels for #kids-and-pets and #food because we believe being human makes us better teammates.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Splash Financial is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help us answer the “why” behind customer behavior and product performance. You’ll be the analytical lead of our product organization, owning the experimentation, instrumentation, and insight work that shapes our roadmap and the customer experience. In this role, you’ll design and analyze A/B tests, turning results into clear, compelling stories for both executives and cross-functional partners. You’ll lead our product analytics stack, define the metrics that matter, and build intuitive dashboards that give teams a trusted, self-serve view of product health. You’ll also build a unified customer 360 view that connects acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and outcomes, giving Splash a holistic understanding of our borrowers. Beyond the data work, you’ll own a lightweight research program — customer surveys, NPS analysis, and interview synthesis — ensuring product decisions are grounded in both quantitative rigor and qualitative insight. Sitting at the intersection of

data, product, and customer experience, this role is a critical partner in driving growth and conversion across our portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT SPLASH:

  • Own experimentation and test analytics:  Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across the product experience, including funnel optimizations to new feature launches
  • Build and maintain core product & business dashboards: Develop, automate, and continuously improve dashboards and reporting that track key product, funnel, and customer metrics; make it easy for PMs and leaders to self-serve insights and monitor performance.
  • Lead product analytics tooling and instrumentation: Own the roadmap, governance, and best practices for our product analytics stack (event schemas, tracking plans, data quality); partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure every new feature ships with the right instrumentation and metrics.
  • Create and evolve a customer 360 view: Bring together product usage, marketing, servicing data into a holistic view of the customer journey; identify segments, behaviors, and opportunities that drive acquisition, conversion, engagement, and long-term value.
  • Translate customer feedback & data into actionable insights: Combine quantitative analysis (funnels, experiments) with qualitative signals (surveys, NPS, interviews, customer service calls and tickets) to surface insights and recommendations that shape product strategy and prioritization.
  • Own lightweight customer research programs: Lead customer surveys, NPS programs, and usability interview syntheses; conduct competitive and market analysis; translate qualitative findings into product recommendations that complement quantitative work

Product Senior/Principal Product Manager, Open Source at Pulumi Corporation

Senior/Principal Product Manager owns the roadmap for Pulumi's open-source infrastructure platform, balancing developer UX, technical architecture, and community leadership across CLI, SDKs, and provider ecosystem.

Proof of work

The team

The Onchain Product team is building the next generation of financial products at Kraken, leveraging blockchain infrastructure to deliver faster, more transparent, and globally accessible financial services.

The team sits at the intersection of crypto, DeFi, and traditional finance, owning products that enable customers to earn yield, access tokenized assets, interact with onchain protocols, and participate in the emerging onchain economy. The opportunity

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, aligned to customer needs and company goals

  • Design and deliver seamless wallet experiences by abstracting complex on-chain functionality into simple, user-friendly products.

  • Capable and calculated risk-taker — you make bold product bets with conviction, move fast when the signal is there, and treat setbacks as learning opportunities rather than reasons to slow down

  • Deep technical fluency — you are comfortable in the weeds of system architecture, understand Web3 and on-chain fundamentals, can read and dabble in code, and do not leave hard technical problems solely to engineering

  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating competing priorities and driving alignment in a dynamic, regulated environment

  • Macro-to-micro versatility: the ability to hold and defend a strategic view while staying close enough to the detail to make good product decisions

  • Well-rounded interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly across diverse, distributed teams

  • Mission alignment: this is essential for all Krakenites and we expect our people to champion our mission, along with our vision and values

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a clear track record of shipping meaningful consumer-facing products, and prior crypto, Web3, trading, gaming or banking experience is required

Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

Product Senior/Principal Product Manager, Open Source at Pulumi Corporation

Own the product roadmap for Pulumi's open-source infrastructure platform, balancing technical depth, developer UX, and community leadership across SDKs and providers.

We offer a monthly wellness fund to support mental and physical well-being, and a quarterly happiness fund for team connection.

About Pulumi:

Founded in 2017 by industry veterans with over five decades of combined experience building developer platforms, Pulumi now has a global community of more than 350,000 members and serves over 3,250 customers. Despite our rapid growth, we’re still only getting started, and are early in our mission to democratize the cloud. Data Analytics Senior Product Analyst at Splash

Senior Product Analyst analyzes product data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive financial technology improvements at a fintech lending marketplace.

  • Own lightweight customer research programs: Lead customer surveys, NPS programs, and usability interview syntheses; conduct competitive and market analysis; translate qualitative findings into product recommendations that complement quantitative work
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation:  Actively use AI-powered tools (e.g.- LLM-assisted data exploration, AI-enhanced analytics platforms) to increase the speed and depth of analysis; help the team develop frameworks for where AI can improve experimentation, personalization, and product decisions

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPLASH:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably in fintech, consumer lending, or a consumer marketplace environment.
